Hi [~linyiqun] and [~vagarychen], Thanks for the reviews
1) As [~linyiqun] pointed out as the createdOn/modifiedOn is a string in the
client, the time is formatted to the human readable format.
2) The reason there are 2 different parameter i.e. modification time and
creation time because once sub key commits would be allowed with versioning
then key creation time and modification time will be different.
