I removed the references to tokens, rebalancer, and locks as they are not open 
sourced yet.
The failed javac is not related, hopefully  [^HDFS-12772.005.patch] will be 
clean.

I'll start with HDFS-12772, HDFS-13042, HDFS-13043, and HDFS-13044 without 
pushing this one.
