Attached new patch with whitespace changes removed and ASL added where needed.
I am still investigating failing unit tests but so far they seem unrelated.
I again worked with Konstantin offline for the following changes:
1) Changed StateContext interface name to AlignmentContext.
2) Renamed NNStateContext to GlobalStateIdContext.
