Thanks Konstantin. I propose we address that variable in the next JIRA as that
will focus on client side handling anyway.
My rationale is perhaps we may come up with other methods rather than simple
getter / setters for handling lastSeenStateId in the DFSClient.
Please let me know if that is acceptable.
