In addition to checkstyles, whitespaces, findbugs, etc. can we add a test case
just for the comparator?
It could use a little description in the javadoc describing the balance that
[~ywskycn] described earlier for HDFS-8131.
I'll try to finish HDFS-13250 for you to test the ALL approach.
