Attaching a new patch: whitespace and checkstyle fixes mostly; optimizations to
{{TestStateAlignmentContextWithHA}} to remove checks for "waitActive()" since
we are only transitions states no need to wait for block reports.
I made the assumption that waitActive() would wait for the node to enter Active
state but that is handled by {{transitionToActive}}.
No further changes.
