Thanks for the suggestions [~elgoiri]. I have updated the patch with unit
tests for the ConfiguredFailoverProxyProvider class. I ran the test ~25 times
it passed every time. With 50 iterations, it should be fairly resilient to any
flakiness. Appreciate your review.
