A) Yes. I think using the bucket path without volume is more confusing. 1) you
can't use all the path style (rest protocol is not supported) 2) volume is not
part of the path so it's a different, custom-style path, which is not used
anywhere else
B). Yes. I would like to add a secondary index: volume-> bucket for _all_ the
buckets. Can you please give me details why do you think it's not the right
approach?
