For B) If we want to expose all the buckets which are created via ozone shell
by default through S3, then your proposal makes sense. But if security comes
into place, then buckets which are created via ozone shell might only have
ozone acl metadata, (no s3 metadata). And now if we try to expose those buckets
via S3, then which rules we enforce for these buckets via S3?
