I think if we go with that approach if there are some UI applications using
these metrics to show the information to administrator it will give a wrong
info to admins and make them panic. So, that is the reason for the proposed
approach. (As in that approach we provide volume, bucket count to accurate
value, where as key count when we miss that window period and shut down is not
clean we miss those key count, so this will be like estimated key count)
