[~linyiqun] thanks for your comments. Token validation will happen at GRPC
server side. [HDDS-9], [HDDS-115]
* Can we remove class {{OzoneBlockTokenSelector}}? As I see we can get token
from XceiverClient.
You are right its not used in current patch. Will remove it in final patch if
we see no use for it.
* Can we separate the inner class {{ChunkOutputStreamEntry}} from
{{ChunkGroupOutputStream}}? Since we have added builder constructor functions,
this class become large enough.
