case as if would be in TestHDFSContractAppend.testRenameFileBeingAppended
Because regular hdfs filesystem assures sequential consistency.
bq. I'm also curious why the regular WebHDFS test doesn't have issues with
timing.
Seems current unit tests don't cover the issue. We can confirm it by the
following test code.
