Thanx [~tasanuma0829] for the explanation and patch.
I looped the test 100 times with the fix.It fairs all!!!! Before fix it failed
more than half the time.
This seems to be actual reason for failing.
After replacing Thread.sleep() with actual wait.This seems good to go to me. :)
