Thanks for your reviews, [~elgoiri] and [~ayushtkn]. I agreed. Periodically
check and deletion would be better.
Uploaded the 2nd patch based on your reviews. It introduces a new
configuration, {{dfs.federation.router.store.router.expiration.deletion}}. If
an expired router exists beyond the time, another router deletes the
information from State Store.
I will update hdfs-rbf-default.xml and add unit tests later, but could you take
a look at this time?
