Well, Personally I think, Not displaying but still holding it in the state 
store can be eliminated , and we can remove it out after waiting a considerable 
amount of time(Keeping the default to be never).

The only thing that hits me is that, Doesn't the dead DN also stays in the NN 
UI for indefinite period? if we don't restart NN I guess so. So does that 
bother having it up.

Well, anyway if I have to give a opinion I little inclined towards having this 
change, rather than not having, It won't hurt us in anyway and Takanobu already 
has a Use case for this I think?
