* I guess the same problem will also be there for enable nameservice too? We
may check that too
* Regarding the UT, I guess the part of code is same as
{{testNameserviceManagerUnauthorized}} , Can give a check if the code can be
reused.
[~elgoiri] you worked in HDFS-13484, Can you have a check once.
