RouterAdminServer#283 is hard to track, before it was the entry from the
request but now this only happens if we have a MountTableResolver. Should we
originally set entry to request.getEntry() and then change it if
MountTableResolver? I have to say I'm having issues following
updateMountTableEntry() and the combination with HDFS-14777 is confusing now.
