Though we can have supported running ZKFC on an Observer Node, still in a
normal deployment, I don't think there is a need of running ZKFC on the
Observer Node, since when the namenode is in Observer State, it won't be doing
much. There is no point running a service unnecessarily. Regarding if somebody
has a script to dynamically change Observers to Standby he can have a part to
start the ZKFC too, when he is transitioning, rather than keeping the ZKFC
running all the time with Observer.
I feel its fair enough to put up a recommendation to not keep the ZKFC running
on ONN.
