A->B->A kind of? Else it will fail in build itself.

Are you talking about adding {{distCp}}. As far as I remember long back we had 
a tool in Hdfs(internal) which was a sub-project in hadoop-hdfs, that also used 
to depend on distCp and being part of hdfs had all hdfs, hdfs-client 
dependencies too IIRC. It used to work fine. So should be fine here also.
