The following tests fail with the same "No image directories available" error
on Windows:
TestCheckpoint
TestFSNamesystem
TestNameEditsConfigs
TestNNThroughputBenchmark
TestValidateConfigurationSettings
Will check if it makes sense to address all at the same time.
