Thanks [~ozawa]! To use LossyRetryInvocationHandler in your unit test, you only
need to enable HA and set a positive value for
DFSConfigKeys#DFS_CLIENT_TEST_DROP_NAMENODE_RESPONSE_NUM_KEY, which indicates
the number of responses the client will drop.
