Thanks for reporting !
The error is coming from the serverpass utility, _only_ when is the first
installation.
You need to source the GNU Health RC file
$ source $HOME/.gnuhealthrc
Then run the serverpass utility
cd gnuhealth/tryton/server/util
python ./serverpass.py
Then follow the next steps in the installation guide.
I will update the guide accordingly .
