Yes, that's the last step on the new installation. You're fine. The password you generate with serverpass is the "Tryton Super User" password. That password is requested when creating, deleting or backing up databases from the client. The error that you're getting now is not related to that password. It looks like is related to the permissions the gnuhealth user (at operating system level) has at postgreSQL level. Are you able to create a DB from gnuhealth from the OS (eg, createdb foo --encoding=unicode) Check that you were able to create the DB user https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/GNU_Health/Installation#Creating_the_Database_User Let us know if you are able to create the DB now.
