Follow-up Comment #2, bug #44182 (project health):
Hi Luis, and thanks for your quick response
when running the serverpass utility, it asks for a password, something the
installer didn't do on previous versions. A password is provided, and it
finishes with no errors:

but when I try to create a new database from the client, it fails with "Could
not connect to the server", and the server just logs "INFO:database:connect to
"template1" (screenshot attached). I suppose its a problem of mismatching
passwords.
