Dear Luis, dear Axel
on my updated Raspi4 Leap15.3 beta GH38 ("Axel´s version") from
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/GNU_Health/Installation#Initialize_the_database_instance
there is database ghdemo38 with the missing translations for German and
French.
As test@GNUHealth-Raspi4 I want now to create a new database as Luis
suggests: with
createdb health38
then I got "could not connect to template1: FATAL: role "test" does not
exist".
(In Axel´s version from https://en.opensuse.org/GNUHealth_on_openSUSE,
but updated to 15.3 I guess, with user "test" instead of user "gnuhealth").
What should I try next?
Thank you very much!
All the best
Edgar

Dear Edgar, dear Armand
Quick update...
I have created a clean DB, setting the extra language (e.g. French)
during the installation.
It does indeed translates the datafile entrie... check the screenshot.

So, on one side, good news... on the other, we have to check if there
is any issue when updating existing DBs (maybe cache.... I have to
check). We'll check it out next.
Give it a try, and create a new DB and setup the German language before
installing the modules and let me know how it went.
All the best
Luis

Dear Luis,
congrats for the release of MyGNUHealth beta!
Thank you so very much! Very exciting!
Did you find some time with the translation problem?
Ah, that's the good thing about persistent friends. You don't need
notes or reminders :D
I promise tomorrow I will dedicate the time to it and get back to you
:)
All the best
