Hi Oren,
You can tell your customers anything that you want to. All I can say
regarding the version is that this is the final version until the next
update and that there are no release planned between January 2 2004 and
August 1, 2004.

Tk Open Systems is providing free telephone support for installation
and user problems (not StarBasic or programming problems) until the end of
March 2004. This support is in fact paid for by Sun Microsystems and the
Israel Ministry of Finance. At that time the support from Sun and the
Ministry for support will end and users who need support can purchase
support from Tk Open Systems or anyone else who wants to provide it.
Organizations who have a large number of OOo installations (like over 100)
and need high-availability helpdesk type support can purchase such support
services from Team. The Team package of supoprt includes second level
support provided by Tk Open Systems. Contact Yaacov Piron at Team for more
info. There is a possibility that Malam will provide support as well.
Taldor has also expressed some interest in providing support services, so
I believe that in a year or two we will have a very open and active market
for Star Office/OpenOffice support services, with involvement of most of
the major IT service suppliers in Israel.

Tk Open Systems has provided programing support (UNO interface
programming) for several companies who have integrated OpenOffice or
StarOffice into their products.
Regards,

 - yba
