Not at the moment, even though it wouldn't be too hard to add
a property. I have actually edited the generated TeX code once
or twice to do exactly this.
I think that the inter line spacing should be a rubber space, so
the lines that fit on a page are spread out and fill the page
as well as possible.
We should also have a version of the \break command that forces
a page break, to be able to get get a page break at that only
3 bar rest where there is time to make a page turn.
