Please read the list of frequently asked questions which is
included in the distribution and available at

The cause of the problem is that the autogenerated font files
on your machine come from an older version of Lilypond.
You have to remove all feta*.*pk and feta*.tfm files. The
script clean-fonts in the Lilypond distribution will help you.
You should also consider updating to Lilypond 1.2.17, since many
improvements have been included since your version.
