I got bitten by this once myself, and even though the paths may differ it
would still be good to let people know that the old fonts may be cached
*somewhere* (which I didn't know), so that they will know enough to look
for them.

You could mention a couple of the common places and also give some
commands that can be used to help find the cached fonts, like:

locate feta20.tfm

or

find /var -name 'feta*' -print
