One of the LilyPond contributors is writing a glossary with lots of
translations. This is his complaint:
I meet get 'funny' hyphenations in the non-english terms and
have tried to correct them with texinfo @hyphenation. It
seems, however, that words inclosed within @hyphenation{} are
simply ignored !! I have a work-around for it: discretionary
hyphens (@-) but wonder why I can't use @hyphenation.
Does this ring any bells, or do I have to send a faulty example?
