Infofile Menu: names

Hi,

In an infofile menu, can the following ever occur?:

* (foo)bar::  

..or would it always be:
           
* boo:(foo)bar. 


I am writing a parser and need to know if menu items of the form:

foo::

can ever reference a different infofile in 'foo' itself, or weather I can just 
ignore these and only scan the items with a different nodename to it's menuname 
for an out-of-file link.
