The main downside is that the email alert only gives the last few lines of 
the log. Usually, this is not enough to know which rake task failed. If you 
have multiple ones scheduled at the same time, you need to take the process 
id (e.g., "scheduler.5555") and go to the logentries site and search for 
that text. Then you can see the first entry where the rake task was started 
by heroku with the name of the task. I've emailed logentries about this and 
they say they are working on improving UI filtering by process name and 
understand my need to get the first few lines of the process output in the 
email alert.
