Buy HexaComb instead. You have to buy it in bulk (but looks like you are
coordinating a group buy) but its way better then the nasty foam thremax. I
led a build of 20 yurts last year out of this and it was a roaring success.

You buy the boards here. They will be delivered freight - somebody needs a
big garage and either a a couple of hands to unload the truck, or a lift to
pull out the pallet.

You tape this foil to the outside of the board:

Don't waste your time glueing it - its gets so hot outside that there is no
glue that can stand up to the heat. Tape works great.

This setup is epic. They stay cooler then the thermmax by many degees as
the silver coating on the thermax refelcts body heat in - in the same way as
it reflects it out. I slept 6 hours a day in one of these last year.

Cost of these sheets should be about $20/each, plus foil @ $5 - so about
$25/panel...not bad. I think we group sourced total yurts last year for
$500/each including tape, rebar, windows etc. Likely slightly more this
year, but you get the idea.

I also have 2 used fully assembled yurts I am willing to sell @$350 each.
They are in used condition (each has 1 burning man under its roofs) and
you'll need to buy some bi-directional filament tape for taping it together
on the playa. both of the yurts probably have a cracked door board (very
common injury when setting up, so be careful!), but this was not a problem
on the playa - the structure held together perfectly. If I can't get
$350, I'll probably just let them live in my garage for another year.
Probably a great option for an out-of-towner who wants to pick it up in San
Francisco enroute to the burn.

If your interested, send me a private note...if I dont respond it means they
are gone.

Good luck!
