My hexayurt did great in the rain.   A couple of people had leakage (their
tape job wasn't too strong - so tape smoothly people) - but it was so hot
that the cardboard dried up instantly.

Per the strength - these boards are pretty darn rigid.   We did the 8'
yurts, which are quite massive, and they held fine.   They are way more
rigid then the 1" thermax.   They are made be Pregis - you can order a
thicker board (1.5 inches) but you have to order a lot of boards to meet
their minimimums.   And you have to have a business EIN to order direct.

I'm selling the 8' yurt - let me know if anybody wants one.
