It will be a busy 4 days :) but it can be done, especially with a helper (some pieces are 8' long and it helps when both sides are supported).
If edges are bevelled, you don't need any special slack in the hinges. BFD mod uses two layers of cordura sewn together (K-hinge) and glued on with contact cement - 500d kind is plenty strong, and is cheaper and easier to glue than 1000d. You may still want to use bifi tape for the final assembly - BFD mod uses #10 zippers and while they still work after 3 years :) we do use tape here and there to make sure things stay dust-proof :) You need 2 vents for a cross breeze - one on the door side and one on the opposite side, ideally you would orient the yurt with door away from the oncoming wind (playa does have a prevailing wind direction), so you can make the door vent higher up to encourage hotter air to leave (don't forget the furnace filter and some aluminium tape to mount it). You can also add a swamp cooler. To cut bevels you would probably need to bevel a 10' long 2x4 first to use as a guide, and a large box cutter knife or sharpened putty knife to do the actual cutting. Take a lot of pictures :) Good luck!
