I do wish you well in this. It will be the loss of those special little
tools made and adapted over years of work that will be the worst.
Instruments can be rebuilt -those little special things cannot.
There's little I can do but I do hope that the HG players who are good
enough to perform in public will be able to, at least, raise some funds so
that he will be able to attempt to re-start his craft.
Even if insurance cover makes good some of the financial loss, I realise
just how hard the loss of the specialised stuff will hurt him and I grieve
for his loss, as I am sure everyone on the list will.
Please pass on any messages  to him or at least let him know that there have
been some) if you are in contact so he knows how we feel.
