Well, you can take the train from Paris to Montlucon, 3 hours.

There's no train to Lyon from there, though...

For Paris, maybe you want to look at the Association Bretonne, by the Gare
Montparnasse. http://tav.trad.org/
Their address is 22 rue Delambre, 75014. They might not have hurdy gurdies
per se, but they do have a lot of information that could lead you there.
