At least in the context of this list, mostly to NW Spain, where they have a
very old hurdy-gurdy tradition (there, they call it zanfona or zanfoƱa or
sanfona, depending on the spelling standards you choose)

If I am not mistaken, it is in Galicia (or Galiza in Galego, their local
language) that we find the oldest reference to the HG in a sculpture in
Santiago de Compostela, showing a organistrum being played by two people...
