I've been playing a "horrible lil symphonie" that fits this description - and will continue to play it until the economy improves or someone wants to volunteer to be my sugar daddy.
The manufacturer's website claims that the plastic parts are precision molded. I have not experienced any issues with the flywheel and I've been playing this sucker fairly regularly and with modest success for seven years now. Where I have experienced issues is with the plastic tangents: the ones at the top of the scale are closer together and occasionally they will stick. Lisa J. Alameda, CA
