I've been playing a "horrible lil symphonie" that fits this description -
and will continue to play it until the economy improves or someone wants

The manufacturer's website claims that the plastic parts are precision
molded. I have not experienced any issues with the flywheel and I've been
playing this sucker fairly regularly and with modest success for seven
years now.
Where I have experienced issues is with the plastic tangents: the ones at
the top of the scale are closer together and occasionally they will stick.
