Hi Stevo,

Preview and live are not necessarily in the same repository or live
documents may also be replicated to a different repository. It's not
always trivial to know whether the live document is in the expected
location. If you manage the documents through the CMS workflow, the icon
should be correct. The CMS does not know whether a document was managed
"as expected" through the workflow or that someone worked around the
workflow and copied documents including all properties from a different
location.
