* removed the special casing for partitioned columns from SemanticAnalyzer
* Updated ColumnPrunerProcFactory.pruneJoinOperator() to add columns from
join-filters.
* Updated test results for queries: union22.q, louter_join_ppr.q,
outer_join_ppr.q and router_join_ppr.q, which involve filters on partition
predicates.
