I will be striving very hard to explain what God is God. He
remains what he is from all eternity past and future, the
same and unchanging. There is/was never a moment that his
divine essence could transform. He is so lofty and majestic
that anything that crosses your mind that make you imagine
what he is like ... THEN that is NOT God. If you can compare
him to anything ..that is BLASPHEMY. You are forcing God to
be what he is not.
The Quran says:
"..Glory to Him! High exalted is He above that they ascribe!"
(Quran 6:100)
As for your saying .. "..how He reveals Himself to us"; actually
God has already revealed to us plainly in all his wonderous
and majestic creations. That's how we know what God is, the
unseen and the transcendental God. The mind and intellect He
has given us are enough to believe in Him and get closer to Him.
He need not necessary come to us as a human .. because a human
is a creation, NOT God himself, it is IMPERFECT. So the perfect
God cannot BE an imperfect creation for any second.
If you don't understand what I mean, try understanding this.
A human body is made od atoms and molecules (that means these
materials are created by God - not any part of God, otherwise
you are a Hindu, believing that God = material). Because atoms
and molecules are created things, God, the Powerful being can
cause the atoms and molecules to become nothingness. That's
what we mean by being made of materials is a SIGN of weakness,
that is materials cannot eternally exist, they can be made into
non-existence by God.
Lets take another look closer at this human. Since his existence
depends on being created by God, how can God be a human when
his "material" being is DESTRUCTABLE ????? God's essence is
indestructable. If you say that God incarnate into a human, you
are saying that God is destructable ..that is BLASPHEMY. Again
if you say that the God-human is indestructable, you plunge
yourseld into PANTHEISM, I am sure the "Apostle" Paul didn't
understand that. Paul was the one who drew up this idea of
pantheism into your mind. May God curse him !!!!
You see, I do a better job of explaining what God is than Paul
who misguided billions of Christians.
