Just a minor point, when switching to the 2.2SDK you did do a COMPLETE recomplie of BOTH the CLIENT and SERVER dlls? because I didnt once and I was getting anim problems, and invalide messages etc until I fixed it (we wasnt using any client dll changes at the time so an old 2.0 sdk client dll was gumming things up)
