Where did you preorder it from? Most places dont let you preorder until there is a definate date on it... we are just now letting people preorder for warcraft 3 and it comes out in about 3 weeks. ( I work at circuit city btw) If its any place credible then they will have your information on file and you can get your money back. If they arent credible then you got scammed. :-P
