You don't need to tell me what is QC file,I know exactly what I am
doing and I know EXACTLY that attachemnt points are working. But
thanks for advice.

There is a problem in a code with SetStartAattachemnt. if there is no
Start entity (specified in WC), then code sets owners (in my case
players) origin as it. I don't want to touch this, because I think
I'll brake env_beam entity.

Gearbox programmers, please help me!
