In TFC, 1.2 *may* interfere with normal jumping, at least thats what some
people told me.  I personally use 1.27 without any complaint from people.
This doesnt interfere with rocket or conc jumping at all from what I've seen,
and I havent seen a super-fast HWGuy since I started using it.  (*joy*)

I also modified the code a bit to take the value of 'bunnyjump_on' cvar and use
it for the value, that way I could tweak it easily during runtime, without
recompiling.
