ya well the problem doesent excactly reside in there ( sorry for
explaining it badly the first time ) but in how to define the ammotype
outside weapon code. In weapon code it is made by using

p->pszAmmo1 = "uranium";

how is it possible to define that in multiplay_gamerules.cpp or in any
other non weapon code?
