No, don't. Hacks and cheats should ONLY be reported directly to Valve.
They shouldn't be on this list. They shouldn't be on the 'hlds' or 'hlds_linux' list. There's no need to make anyone else aware of any cheat or hack except Valve. The more people you report this to, the more it will get used by cheaters.
