Whats weird is, I heard about this very restriction, and I was worried about it, but I was able to purchase 3 copies on my card without any problems =p Strange.

We have a very high fraud rate, and automatically allowing two purchases per card would essentially double it, which we can't have happen right now. We are taking other measures in the hopes of loosening this restriction, but right now the rate is still way too high.

Strict is an understatement. It would not let me purchase 2 additional copies for my kids with the same credit card.
